“ Sometimes a bad experience can turn into a great experience. I recently ordered online from Watershed FC and paid in full. Unfortunately, management forgot to update their website that they were closed that day. So, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the doors were locked! I was frustrated. So, I wrote into the website and asked for a refund. By the time I got home 15 minutes, I received two emails and a phone call. They were deeply apologetic, and I could tell their reaction was genuine. They not only refunded me immediately, but they also gave me two free future pizzas, just to say they were sorry. The GM, Mike Mercer, is a classact, and the employees are always accommodating and professional. It was nice to see people care about their customers! The food is great, too, btw. Its the best pizza around. ”
